The partnership with the brand Bleu Carotte is taking shape. Indeed, during the All Saints’ Day vacations, Christine Cely Soulier, designer and trainer in the field of textiles, went to Nepal, in the village of Deurali. Her objective was to meet the women of the village to explain the Bleu Carotte brand project and to start training them in three textile creation techniques (Cyanotype, ecoprint and tataki-zome). The meeting and the work begun were very rich both in terms of sharing and creativity. The next step, in April, will be to allow the women of Deurali to acquire the necessary know-how to finalize the creation of accessories and other decorative objects that will then be sold in France in a fair trade approach.
